Seacon introduces Dexory robots in our warehouse
New robots improve inventory accuracy, traceability and efficiency in data‑driven warehouse operations
We have entered into a partnership with Dexory for the deployment of robots and DexoryView across two warehouse locations in Maasbree. With this step, we are strengthening our focus on data‑driven warehouse operations and continuous control over our processes.
The implementation covers approximately 90,000 m² of racked warehouse space across locations Zonneveld 1 and 3, where we store, among other things, general cargo and fast‑moving consumer goods under ambient conditions. Our choice for Dexory aligns with the increasing demands within the logistics sector for higher accuracy, transparency and operational performance, combined with labour market challenges and growing process complexity.
Greater control through continuous, real‑time visibility
By deploying DexoryView, we are strengthening operational control through continuous, real‑time visibility of inventory and warehouse activities. The platform creates a digital representation of the warehouse, supported by an extensive photo history and data‑driven insights based on live warehouse movements. This allows teams to work from a single, consistent source of truth, supporting faster decision‑making, improved coordination and a more stable day‑to‑day operation.
Improved accuracy and more efficient workflows
Since implementing DexoryView, we have seen clear improvements in inventory accuracy and traceability, with fewer errors and reduced manual intervention. Access to reliable, high‑frequency data enables earlier identification of deviations and more consistent execution across the operation. In addition, workflows are becoming more efficient as labour‑intensive inventory counts are reduced and incomplete or inaccurate inventory records are eliminated. This contributes to both time and cost efficiencies within the warehouse operation.
