Applying for a job
Have you see a vacancy that makes you enthusiastic? Send us your CV and motivation and convince us why you’re the right candidate for this job.
Assessment of CV and letter
From all the responses, we make a selection of the candidates we believe best fit the job and Seacon Logistics within ten working days. If your letter and CV appeal to us, we will be pleased to invite you for an introductory interview. If we see too little common ground, you will be informed that unfortunately we will not continue the procedure with you.
We would like to get to know you better over a cup of coffee or tea. Who are you? What is your background? Why are you interested in working at Seacon? The first interview will be with a manager, an HR Business Partner and/or a member of the department.
If we are enthusiastic about you after the first interview, this will be followed by a second interview where we will go into more depth and where you can ask further questions about the position and working at Seacon.
If both interviews went well, we will contact two referees provided by you. They can tell us more about your performance, talents and possible points for development.
If the position requires it, an assessment may be part of the application procedure. We will make a final decision based on previous interviews and the results of your assessment.
If you have convinced us, you will receive an offer of employment from us that matches the position, your background and experience. Upon approval, you will also receive an email with which you can apply for a certificate of good conduct (VOG). After that, we will finalise the contract.
Is your signature on the contract? Welcome to Seacon Logistics! On your first day at work, you will be welcomed into the team by your manager or one of your colleagues.
