Seacon Logistics Group statement situation Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Update: Venlo, March 27th 2020

Seacon remains fully operational. This is possible by facilitating remote offices, spreading working hours and enhanced hygiene protocols. We closely monitor national and international developments and we inform and facilitate our Seacon team in an integrated and proactive way. We are still easily accessible by phone, employees who work from home have forwarded their landline number to the mobile number. We ask for your understanding for possible longer response times than you are used to from Seacon.

Our entire supply chain management function is operational. An update per part:

- We expect a decrease in truck capacity in the coming days / weeks and will anticipate and respond appropriately.
- Health and safety measures at loading and unloading addresses can cause delays. The service levels will be adjusted accordingly.
- Additional controls will be carried out at the borders, which can have an impact on the entire lead time.

Update: Venlo, March 12th 2020

Dear business partner,

This afternoon the Dutch government announced several new national measures with respect to the Corona-virus.

Seacon fully conforms itself to these measures to its maximum ability. Our steering committee has already issued internal guidelines which will be implemented immediately. Our Seacon team will remain fully operational partly via home-office, spreaded working hours and enhanced hygiene protocols.

This will remain valid until at least March 31st 2020.

In case of any updates, we will update this website.

Kind regards,

On behalf of the Seacon Team
